Length: 15–18 bases
Maximum purine content: 50%
Maximum G content: 30%
Tm: 73–78°C

Selection 3

Used when Selection 2 still gives over 10 results
Length: 15–16 bases
Maximum purine content: 50%
Maximum G content: 25%
Tm: 76–78°C
