CS02 – SniperCas9 – High Fidelity Cas9 Protein with NLS – 250 µg

SniperCas9 is a high fidelity Cas9 protein designed to maximize on-target editing while minimizing off-target cleavage. This 250 µg lyophilized format reconstitutes to 5 mg/ml and provides 1500 pmol of total amount (30 µM × 50 µl), making it ideal for large-scale CRISPR transfection experiments.

It includes a nuclear localization signal (NLS) to ensure efficient nuclear entry and has been validated for compatibility with sgRNA in CRISPR RNP delivery workflows. The protein is purified to >95% and tested for activity, stability, and low endotoxin content.
