CN02 – Cas9 Nickase Protein, High Concentration – 250 µg

This high concentration Cas9 nickase is a D10A mutant designed for precise genome editing via single-strand nicks. Unlike wild-type Cas9, this variant minimizes double-strand breaks and off-target effects while maintaining high on-target efficiency. It reconstitutes to 5 mg/ml and delivers 1500 pmol of active enzyme (30 µM × 50 µl).

Incorporating a nuclear localization signal (NLS), this protein ensures effective nuclear transport and is fully compatible with synthetic sgRNA for RNP complex formation. With a high concentration formulation and 250 µg lyophilized format, it’s well-suited for high-throughput applications and complex knock-in studies.

Used in paired nicking approaches, this Cas9 nickase enhances editing accuracy in sensitive or therapeutic cell models.
