F1009 – TelC-FITC – 5 nmole

TelC-FITC is a C-rich telomere PNA probe labeled with FITC, engineered for high-resolution telomere detection using FISH. This probe specifically binds to the CCCTAA repeat in human telomeres, emitting a strong green fluorescent signal that is ideal for interphase and metaphase chromosome imaging.

The FITC label enables easy integration into standard FISH workflows with FITC-compatible filters. With its PNA backbone, TelC-FITC offers superior hybridization performance, reduced background, and high signal specificity, making it ideal for clinical cytogenetics and academic research.

Each vial contains 5 nmole, which is usually good enough to stain more than 500 slides.
