CP01-200 – Cas9 Protein with NLS – 200 µg (50 µg x 4)

This Cas9 protein with NLS is a reliable reagent for CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing by microinjection. Delivered as four 50 µg aliquots in 4 vials (total 200 µg), it reconstitutes to 1 mg/ml and provides 1200 pmol total (6 µM × 50 µl x 4). This format is ideal for researchers conducting multiple or large-volume embryo injections across a project or lab team.

Engineered with a nuclear localization signal (NLS), this Cas9 ensures efficient transport into the nucleus for successful double-strand DNA cleavage. Suitable for microinjection into zebrafish, mice, or rat embryos, it supports both knockout and knock-in model development.

Each vial is lyophilized for easy storage and quick reconstitution. It is optimized for pairing with synthetic sgRNA to form highly efficient ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complexes for immediate delivery into cells and embryos.
