CB01 – 10x Cas9 Reaction Buffer – 500 µl

This Cas9 reaction buffer is a 10X optimized formulation developed to support in vitro Cas9 activity during DNA cleavage assays. The proprietary Tris- and salt-based composition provides a stable reaction environment for efficient and reproducible endonuclease performance.

It is well suited for validating sgRNA sequences, confirming Cas9 activity, and performing in vitro cleavage reactions. By eliminating the need to prepare custom buffers, it helps streamline experimental workflows.

The buffer is supplied in a convenient 500 µL volume and can be diluted to a 1X working concentration. It is compatible with a range of Cas9 protein-based assays, including wild-type, nickase, and high-fidelity Cas9 variants.
