CP03 – High Concentration Cas9 Protein with NLS – 1 mg (250 µg x 4)

This high concentration Cas9 protein with dual nuclear localization signal (NLS) is ideal for large-scale CRISPR genome editing in mammalian systems. Supplied as four 250 µg vials (1 mg total), it reconstitutes to 5 mg/ml and delivers 6000 pmol of total Cas9 protein (30 µM × 50 µl x 4 tubes). The powerful formulation and high yield are perfectly suited for extensive gene editing campaigns, cell line engineering, and CRISPR screening platforms.

Formulated for electroporation, lipofection, and nucleofection, this Cas9 protein ensures fast nuclear import and high knockout efficiency. It’s validated for performance in a wide range of human and mouse cells including iPSCs, stem cells, and difficult-to-transfect lines. It is also effective for embryo injection.
