CP02 – High Concentration Cas9 Protein with NLS – 250 µg

This high concentration Cas9 protein is optimized for CRISPR genome editing in mammalian cells. With an included nuclear localization signal (NLS), this 250 µg lyophilized format reconstitutes to 5 mg/ml and delivers 1500 pmol of active enzyme (30 µM × 50 µl). The high concentration allows for efficient delivery of ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complexes into even the most difficult-to-transfect cells.

Ideal for knockout (KO) or knock-in (KI) cell line generation, this reagent supports electroporation, lipofection, or nucleofection methods. It’s a trusted choice for scientists conducting high-throughput CRISPR workflows, functional screening, or gene disruption studies.
