F1004 – TelC-Alexa488 – 5 nmole

TelC-Alexa488 is a C-rich PNA telomere probe labeled with Alexa Fluor 488, offering strong, photostable green fluorescence for telomere FISH applications. Designed to target the CCCTAA repeat in human telomeres, it enables precise detection in both metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei.

The probe’s PNA chemistry allows for superior hybridization efficiency and minimal background noise, making it highly effective for visualizing telomere length and structure in sensitive imaging workflows. With high photostability and brightness, Alexa Fluor 488 labeling is ideal for long exposure times and multiplex FISH studies.

Each vial contains 5 nmole, which is usually good enough to stain more than 500 slides.
