Product Description

TelG-Cy3 is a G-rich PNA telomere probe that binds specifically to the TTAGGG repeat in human telomeres. It is labeled with Cy3, providing strong red fluorescence for sensitive detection in telomere FISH (fluorescence in situ hybridization) protocols.

This probe is ideal for use in interphase nuclei and metaphase chromosomes for telomere length analysis, genomic stability testing, and cancer diagnostics. With high signal-to-noise ratio and excellent photostability, TelG-Cy3 is compatible with most standard red fluorescence filter sets.

Each vial contains 5 nmole, which is usually good enough to stain more than 500 slides.
