PNA Selection Tool

The PNA Selection Tool identifies candidate PNA sequences from a DNA or RNA target using predefined design criteria. It cleans the input sequence, generates the reverse complement, and automatically applies stricter filters when too many candidates are found. Users can also choose manual settings or run the design directly on the cleaned target sequence.
