CENPB-Biotin is a pan-centromere PNA probe designed to target CENPB-binding sequences present in all human centromeres. The probe is labeled with biotin, enabling versatile detection using fluorescent streptavidin or enzyme-conjugated detection systems in FISH and other hybridization-based assays.

Utilizing a PNA backbone, this probe provides strong and specific hybridization with minimal background—ideal for customizable signal detection workflows in research and diagnostic labs.

Each vial contains 5 nmole, which is usually good enough to stain more than 500 slides.
