F3007 – CENT-RC-A488 – 5 nmole

CENT-RC-A488 is the reverse complement of our standard human centromere PNA probe, labeled with Alexa Fluor 488 for bright green fluorescence. This probe binds to the opposite strand of the centromeric target DNA sequence, enabling strand-specific hybridization and advanced chromosomal analysis.

Built on a PNA (peptide nucleic acid) backbone, this probe offers superior hybridization strength, excellent sequence specificity, and minimal non-specific binding—making it ideal for FISH experiments, co-localization studies, and strand orientation analysis in cytogenetics.

Each vial contains 5 nmole, which is usually good enough to stain more than 500 slides.
