Product Description

TelG-Biotin is a G-rich telomere PNA probe designed for the TTAGGG telomeric repeat and labeled with Biotin, enabling flexible detection in FISH assays using streptavidin-based detection systems.

Ideal for workflows requiring signal amplification or non-fluorescent readouts, this probe provides exceptional specificity, minimal background, and compatibility with interphase or metaphase preparations. The PNA backbone ensures strong hybridization and enhanced stability.

Each vial contains 5 nmole, which is usually good enough to stain more than 500 slides.

Key Features

  • Binds specifically to TTAGGG telomere repeat
