TelC-Alexa647 is a C-rich telomere PNA probe labeled with Alexa Fluor 647, optimized for high-resolution detection of the CCCTAA telomere repeat via fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Alexa 647 offers strong far-red fluorescence, making this probe ideal for multi-color experiments with minimal spectral overlap.
Built on neutral PNA chemistry, TelC-Alexa647 offers strong target binding, low background, and enhanced photostability. It’s a perfect choice for telomere research in aging, oncology, and genome stability.
Each vial contains 5 nmole, which is usually good enough to stain more than 500 slides.
