RV02 – pMRS – MACS Reporter Vector

pMRS is a surrogate reporter plasmid designed for enhanced CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing enrichment using a dual-marker system, GFP for fluorescence detection and H2KK for magnetic or antibody-based sorting.
