RV03 – pHRS – Reporter with GFP + HygR

pHRS is a surrogate reporter plasmid equipped with a dual-selection system combining GFP fluorescence and hygromycin resistance. This vector is ideal for researchers who want to utilize either visual confirmation of CRISPR editing by fluorescence (GFP expression) or antibiotic-based selection (hygromycin B resistance), or both in mammalian cell lines.

pHRS allows simultaneous tracking of editing efficiency and enriching the cells with possible gene editing.
